Can I return Sephora at Kohl's purchases to a Sephora store?
Short answer: No. Sephora items bought at Sephora at Kohl's or on Kohls.com can't be returned to standalone Sephora stores or mailed to Sephora. Take them to any Kohl's store, even one without a Sephora at Kohl's, within 30 days with a receipt. It works the other way too: Sephora.com and Sephora store purchases can't be returned at Kohl's.

- Items must be new or gently used, and returns without a receipt aren't accepted.
- Final sale Sephora products can't be returned.
- Sephora says purchases paid with a Sephora Gift Card or PayPal come back as a Kohl's merchandise credit.
2026 holiday window
- Kohl's says Sephora at Kohl's purchases made Oct 30–Dec 30, 2026 can be returned through Jan 31, 2027. Outside those dates the standard 30 days applies.
