30 days of purchase with original receipt (new, unused, unwashed, in original packaging)

Receipt / no-receipt

Bring your original receipt. Non-receipted returns need a photo ID (driver’s license, state non-driver ID, passport or military ID) and get merchandise credit for the lowest selling price. All returns go through third-party verification and system approval.

Opened / used items

Merchandise must be in new condition, unused and unwashed, in its original packaging.

Exceptions

• Receipted returns after 30 days: merchandise credit (less service fees)
• Returns after 60 days: merchandise credit for the lowest selling price
• Layaway deposits, payments and returned layaway merchandise: merchandise credit (less service fees)
• Burlington reserves the right to limit or refuse any refund

Refund method

Original form of payment within 30 days with receipt. Check purchases credit the original account; PIN debit gets cash.
