What is Macy's 2026 holiday return deadline?

Short answer: Jan 31, 2027. Macy's Holiday 2026 Return Policy says most merchandise bought at Macy's or macys.com from Oct 5 to Dec 31, 2026 can be returned until Jan 31, 2027, instead of the usual 30 days. Items sold by Dyson and Mac Duggal are excluded and stay at 30 days, and Last Act merchandise is final sale.

Macy's DoorDash orders placed Oct 5–Dec 31, 2026 also have until Jan 31, 2027, and must be returned to a Macy's store.
Shipping and delivery fees aren't refunded. Non-Star Rewards members pay a $9.99 return shipping fee on mail returns; store returns are free.
