- In-store purchases return to a Macy’s store (free). Online: free in store; mail free for Star Rewards members, otherwise $9.99 return shipping (plus tax) deducted. Without proof, store credit may be at lowest selling price in last 90 days.
- Opened / used items
- Unworn/unaltered, original condition, tags attached, original packaging when applicable. Cosmetics & fragrances may be returned if they don’t meet your needs.

- Designer limits (e.g., Burberry 14 days / Herald Square only; Longchamp Herald Square; Louis Vuitton 30 days with sealed fragrance rules)
- Jewelry/watches: 30 days, inspection up to 14 business days
