Dick's gives 90 days on most products for items in clean, resalable condition.
- Standard return window
- 90 days (in-store from purchase; online from original shipment) for most products; Warehouse and Going, Going, Gone! locations: 30 days
- Receipt / no-receipt
- Without valid proof of purchase: valid ID required; store credit at lowest selling price. Gift receipt: gift card or even exchange.
- Opened / used items
- Products must be clean and resalable. Football helmets, air beds, e-scooters/bikes, face coverings, mouthguards, Whoop trackers, and more cannot be returned once opened/seal broken.
- Exceptions
- Final sale: trading cards, custom/special-order, autographed memorabilia, fuel-powered items, airbeds, gift cards
- Bikes: 24-hour unused size/color inspection policy
- Used baseball/softball bats not eligible
- Pre-owned, demo, refurbished items, Nike Adapt shoes: exchange within 7 days
- Original online shipping not refundable
- Refund method
- Original payment for most; DICK'S gift card for PayPal, Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, third-party gift cards, split tender.
