- 30 days (online from delivery, store from purchase)
- Receipt / no-receipt
- Proof of purchase required. Online returns by mail or in store (not outlets); exchanges in stores only.
- Opened / used items
- Unworn, unwashed, hang tags attached. Shoes may be tested/worn but must be in box with proof of purchase.
- Exceptions
- Final sale: gift cards, We Made Too Much sale items (unless member), customized products
- Members may return sale items for a gift card
- Return in country of purchase
- Refund method
- Original card, lululemon gift card, or per local law; beyond 30 days at discretion → gift card.
