Sam's Club lets members return most items any time, with 90-day limits on electronics and appliances and 14 days on cell phones.
- Standard return window
- Most items: any time (100% Satisfaction Guarantee, current members)
- Receipt / no-receipt
- Return with receipt at any Member Services desk. Without a receipt, Sam's Club says it will do its best to process the return. In-club purchases can't be shipped back.
- Exceptions
- 90 days: electronics, major appliances
- 30 days: commercial heavy equipment, motorsports
- 14 days: cell phones
- No returns: gift/prepaid cards, collectibles, trading cards, custom items, Truckload purchases, prescriptions
- Check with club: alcohol, tires/batteries, tobacco, eyeglasses, hearing aids
- Perishables: refund/replace without returning the item
- Refund method
- Cash or credit per original payment (or Sam's Club shopping card); online returns credited to charged account. SNAP: refund to EBT within 90 days.
