Temu allows most returns within 90 days, first return per order free.
- Standard return window
- 90 days from purchase (electronics 45/60/90 days by seller)
- Receipt / no-receipt
- Start in Your Orders → Return/Refund; ship within 14 days of request.
- Opened / used items
- Worn/washed clothing or removed tags/hygiene stickers not returnable; used/damaged returns get reduced refunds.
- Exceptions
- Groceries/food not returnable (damaged fresh items: report within 72 hours)
- Some health, underwear, customized items not returnable
- First return per order free; later returns $7.99 + tax
- Refund method
- Original payment (5–14 business days, up to 30) or Temu credit.
