- Standard return window
- 30 days from purchase (store) or delivery (online)
- Receipt / no-receipt
- Bring receipt, Rewards phone number, or the credit card used. In-store purchases cannot be returned by mail.
- Exceptions
- Final Sale: no returns/exchanges
- Mail returns: free for Encore members; $6 per package for nonmembers
- Returns only at the same brand (no Factory/Outlet cross-returns)
