How do I return a Christmas gift to Costco?

- Most merchandise is covered by Costco’s Risk-Free 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, with exceptions.
- Items ordered online can be returned at any Costco warehouse or started on Costco.com.
Gifts with limits
- TVs, projectors, computers, tablets, smart wearables, cameras, drones, cell phones and some major appliances: within 90 days of receipt.
- Gift cards, shop cards, tickets and precious metals: non-refundable.
- Diamonds 1.00 ct or larger: need the original paperwork and a gemologist inspection.
