Start from Order History in your account within 60 days of receiving the order (guests: via the order number in any order email). Gift recipients call Zappos with the giver’s details.

Opened / used items

Must not be worn, used, altered or washed; original packaging with all tags, seals and security tags. Footwear needs the original shoe box without tape or labels. Non-compliant returns can be refused or charged a restocking fee up to 50%.
